Order Timeline:

Our company handcrafts all products within 10 days. Oftentimes, orders process faster but we can’t guarantee a faster processing time.

Made to order vs. Pre-made

Check a listing carefully to understand if a product is pre-made and ready to ship or if the product is ordered before it’s handmade.

Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready, while the made-to-order products take 10 days to be created for you. If the product says “in stock”, then it is pre-made and ready to ship.

Handmade Disclaimer:

The products you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your products being 100% handmade.

Care for your new product(s) by:

·         Gently wiping dust from the item with water only. Soaps may discolor the paint/stain.

Your product(s) can be damaged if:  

·         You use harsh cleaners or chemicals on it.

·         If it is exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time.

·         If it is dropped or thrown.

·         If it is exposed to high levels of humidity or extremely dry conditions.

Sizing:

Please pay particular attention to measurements for various products. The item should be able to fit in the space you would like to hang or display it.

Custom Orders:

We love creating new products from scratch. Please contact us at info@hollowroadwoods.com for a quote and an estimate of time. Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time. If we are in our busiest season, we cannot guarantee we can complete your custom order so please be sure to ask far enough in advance to allow for production time.

Shipping:

Our company ships through the following carriers:

UPS, FedEx, USPS and other carriers.

International Shipping:

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Cost Calculations:

We do our best to apply fair shipping costs to each order.

We charge a low, flat shipping rate for each item that is factored into the cost of each item. You will not pay additional shipping fees.

Timeline:

If the item(s) is in stock, your item(s) will be shipped as quickly as possible upon ordering. If the item needs to be made prior to shipping, please allow 10 days to make the item, plus additional shipping time for travel.

Return policy:

Our policy for returns is 30 days. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned.

To complete your return, you will need to supply the customer receipt. You must contact us prior to shipping the item back so we can review the return.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. 

o   Any item not in its original condition, any item damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

o   Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will not be included. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Refund Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.  A Credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund after approval, first, check your account again. It may take a few days before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Exchanges: 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hollowroadwoods.com. You may mail your item to: Karen Bottorf, Hollow Road Woods, 2064 White Deer Pike, New Columbia, PA 17856.

Depending on where you live, delivery for an exchanged product may vary.
